2. Book a viewing 

2. Complete Online Student Application Form + upload Documents

4. Pay Admin fee and Deposit upload the Proof of Payment

      a) Admin fee R1000 (Non-refundable)

      b) Deposit R15,000 (refundable)

5. We complete checks and send you formal offer of room

6. Sign and send us the Rental and Services  Agreement

7. Pay 1st Instalment of Rental amount and send us the confirmation

8. We confirm your placement (only after of all above steps are complete)
